Email signature templates & examples
Nine templates, each engineered for email, not adapted from a web page. What you see below is rendered live by the same engine that builds your signature, so there are no screenshot surprises. Open one in the studio, make it yours, copy it into Gmail, Outlook, or Apple Mail.
What makes a good email signature?
A signature is a small typographic object that gets sent thousands of times a year, into environments you don’t control: dark-mode phones, corporate Outlook with images blocked, reply chains quoted five levels deep. The templates above follow a handful of rules that survive all of that:
- Clear contact information. Name, role, company, and one or two ways to reach you. Every extra line costs attention.
- Email-safe construction. Tables and inline CSS; never floats, flexbox, or webfonts, which email clients ignore or mangle.
- Brand consistency. One accent colour, applied sparingly: a rule, a monogram, a button. The studio lets you match your exact hex.
- Mobile discipline. Everything stays inside 560px and reads at phone width; check it with the studio’s phone preview.
- Restraint with links. A handful of social profiles reads as credible; ten reads as a link farm, to humans and spam filters alike.
- Images as a choice, not a default. The Marque template proves you can have strong identity with zero images. The most deliverable signature there is.

Template questions, answered
What makes a good email signature?
Concision, email-safe construction, and one accent colour used with intent. Name, role, company, a couple of contact methods, a few links at most, built from tables and inline CSS so every client renders it the same way. The checklist above covers the details.
Can I copy and paste these examples?
Yes, that’s the point. Open any template in the studio, swap in your details, and copy. They’re free for personal and commercial use alike.
How do I choose the right template?
By job, not by taste alone: Meridian and Cornerstone for corporate, Executive for seniority, Beacon when you want meetings booked, Marque or Atelier for creative work, Compact for reply threads, Signet for quiet confidence, Ledger when people copy your details down.
Are these templates mobile-friendly?
Yes. Everything stays within 560px and uses table layouts that phones render faithfully. The studio’s phone-width preview shows you exactly how each one wraps before you commit.
