Plain-language terms for a plain-dealing tool. Using EmailSigner means you accept these.

The service
EmailSigner is a free, browser-based tool for creating email signatures, operated as part of plainforge. It runs entirely in your browser; we provide the pages and the code, you provide the content of your signature.
What you may do
- Use EmailSigner for personal and commercial purposes, without limit, attribution, or payment.
- Use the signatures you create anywhere you like. Your signature is yours: the content you enter and the output you copy belong to you, watermark-free by design.
- Share links to your designs with colleagues.
What you may not do
- Use the tool to impersonate someone else or to create signatures for fraudulent or deceptive email.
- Attempt to disrupt the site or rehost it wholesale under your own brand while presenting it as your work.
- Scrape or automate the site in ways that burden the hosting for everyone else.
No warranty
The service is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. Email clients change their rendering behaviour without notice; while the templates and the compatibility check are built and maintained against real clients, we cannot guarantee any particular rendering result in any particular client, and we accept no liability for consequences of using the tool, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Third-party services
Links to external sites (including the Buy Me a Coffee donation page) are governed by those services’ own terms. Donations are voluntary and buy nothing except our gratitude; the tool is identical for everyone.
Partner links
A small number of outbound links are partner links, marked “Partner link” at the link itself and carrying rel="sponsored". If you subscribe to a service through one of them, the operator may be paid a commission by that service; the price you pay is the same either way. Partner payment never affects what we write about a service, the order options appear in, or anything the tool produces: no link influences a preview, a compatibility check, or an export. Every EmailSigner feature stays free and complete whether or not you ever follow one. Where a free route exists, it is stated first.
Changes
We may update these terms as the tool evolves. The date at the top reflects the latest revision; continued use after a change means acceptance. We won’t retroactively introduce accounts, tracking, or fees; those aren’t changes, they’d be a different product.
